2022 - ITVA Was Founded to Support IT Services Businesses 


What started as a simple idea—to help IT businesses work smarter, not harder—quickly turned into The ITVA. We saw a growing need in the IT industry. Business owners and service providers were stretched thin, balancing operations, client management, and growth. ITVA was born to provide expert virtual assistance and marketing automation, helping IT businesses scale without the burnout. 

2022 - Our First Australian Client 


Landing our first Australian client was more than a milestone; it was proof that businesses needed smart outsourcing solutions—reliable and skilled offshore support. Since then, we’ve partnered with
50+ IT service providers across Australia, streamlining their workflows and giving them back valuable time. 

2024 - Expanding to the UK 


As word spread about what we do, we had the opportunity to work with our first UK client in 2024, marking our official step into the European market. This expansion was a huge step forward, showing that businesses around the world can trust The ITVA to handle their back-end operations, marketing, and automation needs. With this expansion, we refined our processes to meet the diverse needs of IT businesses in different regions. 

January 2025 - Philippine Office: A Game-Changer for Our Offshore Team 


As our offshore team grew, we knew we needed a solid foundation to support them. Establishing our
Philippine office was a key move. It allowed us to scale operations while ensuring our clients receive consistent, high-quality support. Today, our offshore team has expanded from 3 to 17 skilled professionals, helping IT businesses work smarter and grow faster. And hey, we’re just getting started! 

2025 - Growing Our Leadership Team: Carmen Gallagher Joins The ITVA as CMO
